The Village of Rosemary is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals and ensuring responsible management of personal information.

In accordance with Alberta's Protection of Privacy Act and Access to Information Act, the Village has established a Privacy Management Program (PMP). The PMP outlines how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, protected, retained, and managed by the Village. It also includes procedures for access to information requests, privacy complaints, privacy breach response, staff training, and the protection of personal information.
